Hair length
You must not shave beforehand. Having short hair is okay but a snagged hairstyle makes it difficult to examine your hair follicles. For the best possible results, we ask you to have a length of at least 5mm.

In order for your consultation to give a detailed and optimal result, we have a number of requests from you as a customer.
What do we do during a consultation?
Laundry
Please wash your hair before. The cleaner the hair, the clearer picture we get of the well-being of the hair follicles.
Be in time
Please come a few minutes before your appointed time as we have many booked consultations in a row, close to each other.
Hair products
Avoid hair products (wax, hairspray, etc.). These stand in the way of clear images with the micro camera.
