Video consultation
We are aware that many people live far away from one of our clinics or find it difficult to find the time to come to us for a consultation. That’s why we offer video consultations for those considering a hair transplant or PRP treatment.
All you need to do is take some pictures of your hair (see instructions on how to do this below) and send us a request, then we will get back to you as soon as we have made our assessment.

The better the quality of the images you submit, the better feedback we can give you, so make sure you're in a room with good light.

Avoid having a lot of products in your hair or wet hair.

Please ask someone to help you take the pictures if you can, it can be difficult to take good pictures yourself at the angles we ask for.

The images you submit will only be used as a basis for the assessment carried out by our specialists.
Physical consultation
An online consultation can be a good first step if you can't come into the clinic, but a physical consultation is always preferable. At a physical consultation we can:

Assess your donation area and how many hair follicles can be moved.

Explain in detail about the procedure.

Physically draw out what areas we can cover on you.
