Mickey’s thinning hair stretched up to the crown. When you’ve lost so much hair, it’s hard to get a tight result. Then you can either choose to focus on creating density in one part of the head or spread the same number of grafts over the head, which gives a sparser result. On Micke we did a maximum intervention of 4 500 grafts.
