Terms of Consultation

Time and Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your visit in order to register and prepare for your consultation.

Cancellation

• Departure and rebooking must be made no later than 24 hours before your visit. Valid cancellation is made by phone call to our switchboard at 08-20 00 18 or by email to contact@nordichair.com.
• Failure to visit and cancellation later than 24 hours before the visit will be charged 500 SEK.

Video Consultation

If you have booked a video consultation, please click on the link sent to you by email well in advance of the start of the consultation.

Terms of PRP treatment

Requirements for Consultation

You must have undergone a consultation with us before you can book a PRP treatment.
