We use a small amount of tissue from your own scalp to strengthen hair follicles that have weakened. At Nordic Hair Clinic, a BioGraft hair treatment costs between 12 500 and 31 250 SEK per treatment. The price depends on how large an area you want to treat. The treatment is done in a single visit and takes about 40 minutes. BioGraft can be done as a standalone treatment or combined with a hair transplant. Questions and answers about BioGraft and price
Do I need to have several treatments?
BioGraft is performed in a single session. The improvement comes gradually and is usually visible after four to six months. Because hereditary hair loss is an ongoing process, a follow-up treatment may be relevant after a year or so.
Why does BioGraft cost more than PRP?
BioGraft uses tissue from your own scalp, which is processed into a solution containing your own cells and signalling substances. The treatment requires a biopsy under local anaesthesia and specialised equipment, but it is done in one session rather than as a course of several treatments.
Can I combine BioGraft with a hair transplant?
Yes. A hair transplant moves hair follicles to areas where hair has been lost, while BioGraft strengthens follicles that remain but have weakened. The treatments can therefore complement each other.
Is the price the same at all clinics?
